I love the holiday season, but it tends to be the season of sugar, excess, abundance, and gluttony.
So put down that third sprinkles cookie and pick up an Outshine Snacks Fruit Bar instead.
They’re fat-free and only 80 calories each.
They’re made with ingredients you can pronounce, like real fruit and fruit juice, and are an excellent source of Vitamin C.
I’ve been digging the Blood Orange flavor.
It’s sweet enough, pleasantly orangey and tastes like real oranges.
There’s a zippy tang from the citrus and I love the vibrant color.
If I feel like puckering up a big, the Grapefruit flavor is my choice.
I love grapefruit, but don’t buy them often because they’re a bit of a pain and messy.
These bars are neither, and definitely hit the spot when I’m feeling snacky.

I love clementines this time of year to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I try to go with some fresh fruit if I don’t want to give into the sweetness craving
I have a fresh orange at night after dinner. It is the sweet that I want without the artificial and all the good attributes of what I do need.
I believe in eating what I want when I want it-so I don’t do anything but enjoy the great food and company of the holidays!
Roasted squash and sweet potatoes mixed with honey roasted peanuts. Yummmm
I love granola
A handful of this granola with or without yogurt! https://laceylmoody.wordpress.com/2013/10/30/pumpkin-granola-2/
Air popped popcorn, it fills me up and it’s healthier!
I try to add a little more working out to my schedule
My go to healthy snack is homemade low fat granola!
I have been roasting winter squash (kabocha and buttercup)–its great any time of day
I love to snack on yogurt.
Oatmeal cookies count right? :) https://sallycooks.com/2013/06/08/oatmeal-coconut-pecan-dream-cookies/
I’m trying to avoid the the temptations this season. What I’ve been trying to do is keep myself full with a big bowl of oatmeal (2 servings!), yogurt and honey or maple syrup. If I have a banana that goes in too. I’ve also had oatmeal with an egg too.
I eat lots of celery with peanutbutter
I love the sugarfree fruit bars!!! I eat one every night
