I try to eat lots of greek yogurt and cashews!
I try to include whole fruits (bannana, apple, orange) when I want a snack between meals. I also love greek yogurt with a couple spoon-fulls of granola/Kashi ceral.
I snack on veggies with hummus.
I love sorbet! It’s light, tangy, and refreshing – perfect for balancing out heavy meals.

I LOVE outshine! I had this all summer long! It’s freezing cold here but I may just have to pick up a box of this on my next grocery run!
My favorite snack to resist temptations is an apple and peanut butter
to avoid eating tons of holiday snacks, I chew sugar free gum. The mint taste keeps most things at bay. i also promise myself not to eat except during mealtimes, and I stay OUT of the kitchen whenever possible!

I always have iced tea ready to drink at my house. For me, that can actually fulfill my sweet craving, and it gets me closer to my water intake requirements for the day!
