Strawberry Coconut Pina Colada Smoothie

Strawberry Coconut Pina Colada – A smoothie that tastes like a strawberry pina colada!! Fast, easy, refreshing, naturally sweet, and made with ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!!

Summer is in full swing and I know you’re in need of some hydration. I’ve got just the thing to quench your thirst with this tropical tasting drink.

It’s fast, easy, refreshing, made with only 3 ingredients – strawberries, pineapple, Silk Coconut Milk – and it’s definitely delicious.

The Silk #TastesLikeBetter campaign is rooted in providing delicious dairy-free products that inspire people to live a life grounded in positive choices that offer both taste and nutrition. Silk products are dairy-free, lactose-free, cholesterol-free, and free from artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.

I have been a Silk advocate and fan for many years. Whether it’s using Cashewmilk in many of my favorite recipes to the Coconut Milk I am all about Silk. Register for Silk’s email list to receive a coupon.

The drink is perfect for your next summertime party. I love punches and cocktails as much as the next person but having a non-alcoholic option for kids and adults alike is a summertime party must.

Other summer party tips include making appetizers and side dishes ahead of time that taste good, if not even better, after a night in the fridge so that the flavors can marry.

And you want to choose recipes that are able to be kept at room temp for hours while the party is underway.

Some of my favorites because you can make them ahead and they hold wonderfully include Blueberry Corn Salsa, Skinny Mexican Bean and Corn SaladLemon, Sun-Dried Tomato, and Almond Quinoa SaladAvocado, Black Bean and Corn Salad with Lime-Cumin Vinaigrette, and Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Quinoa Salad.

Strawberry Coconut Pina Colada Smooothie

Fast, easy, refreshing, made with only 3 ingredients – strawberries, pineapple, Silk Coconut Milk – and it’s definitely delicious and tropical tasting.

Did you make this recipe?

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup Silk Coconut Milk (I used Unsweetened) or as necessary, (you may need milk less if fruit is room temp and more if it’s frozen solid)
  • ice, if necessary to taste (if using frozen fruit, you likely will not need to add ice)
  • optionally add agave or sugar to taste if your fruit is on the tart side

  1. Add all ingredients to the canister of a blender. Blend on high power until smooth. Add additional Coconut Milk if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
