Unroll the cans of crescent roll dough. Slice it along the perforated lines, then slice each triangle into skinnier triangles.
Place a piece of sliced cheese on the larger end of each crescent triangle. Place a beef frank or a little smokie on top.
Roll them up, then place them on a prepared baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle with flaked salt and bake.
