Notes
Want to make a bigger batch? Since this recipe is 3:2:1 (prosecco:limoncello:club soda) it's easy to batch up. Combine everything in a large pitcher, stir, taste, and if desired add sweetener, to taste, and garnish.Want to make this in advance? You can, although be mindful that both the prosecco and club soda will lose their carbonation as time passes so I wouldn't do it more than a couple hours ahead of time. Store it in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
