Baked Lemon Rosemary


Chicken thighs are seared until golden, then coated with a zingy lemon rosemary marinade and baked. The skin crisps up in the oven while the chicken remains moist and tender!

Pat the chicken dry then season with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken on both sides in olive oil.


Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish. Top with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, and rosemary.


Bake and let rest before slicing and serving.
