Butter Chicken

Combine the ground chicken, egg, and panko breadcrumbs. Form the meatballs and bake.


Meanwhile, sauté the onion, followed by the garlic.


Add the spices, tomato paste, coconut milk, and water. Simmer, then optionally blend the sauce.


Add the Greek yogurt and butter, then simmer. Place the meatballs, garnish, and serve.
