These soft batch cookies are made with a combination of butter and cream cheese, which makes them extra rich and delicious!

"Omg…. Fantastic recipe…. I’m always searching for a better chocolate chip cookie recipe and I feel like I can stop looking after making this recipe!!! 


To the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter, cream cheese, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Beat.


Stop, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and optional salt. Mix until just combined. Add chocolate chips and chunks. Beat to incorporate, or fold in by hand.


Form heaping mounds. Place mounds on a plate. Flatten mounds with your palm, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate before baking.


Bake. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before removing and transferring to a rack to finish cooling.
