Ingredients
1cupfresh or frozen pineapple chunks*
1medium to large ripe banana
½cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
½teaspooncoconut extractor to taste
Sweeteneroptional and to taste**
about 1/4 cup shredded coconutoptional and to taste
splash rum or Malibu Coconut Rumoptional
maraschino cherries for garnishingoptional
Instructions
Combine pineapple, banana, milk, coconut extract, and optional sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Optionally add rum, to taste, and blend. (Intended for those for whom alcohol consumption is appropriate; always drink responsibly)
Optionally garnish and serve immediately. Leftover portion may be frozen for up to 2 months.
