To a skillet, add the oils and chicken. Cook, flipping and stirring. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, edamame, and garlic. Stir. Cook, stirring intermittently.


To a bowl, add soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, chili-garlic sauce. Whisk, then set aside.


Add the cashews to the skillet and stir. Add the sauce and stir. Allow sauce to simmer. Add the green onions, stir, and serve.
