The PERFECT fall-inspired dinner with juicy pork chops that are smothered with the most mouthwatering maple bourbon glaze and cinnamon-and-spiced roasted sweet potatoes on the side!

Brine the pork chops first. Then, coat the sweet potatoes in sauce then roast them.


Make the glaze next. Sear the pork chops, then set them aside.


Place the pork chops on top of the sweet potatoes. Spoon some of the glaze on top and bake.


Glaze again and bake some more. Let it rest before serving.
