Tastes like cinnamon raisin toast. Plenty of cinnamon flavor & just sweet enough to be so satisfying and comforting. Easy to keep vegan and/or gluten-free by using vegan/GF graham crackers and your favorite non-dairy milk.
2ripe small/medium bananaspreviously frozen in chunks is preferred
1standard full-size graham cracker*
½ to ⅔milkalmond, cashew, cow, soy, rice, etc.
2 to 3tablespoonsraisins
2tablespoonslight brown sugarpacked
1teaspooncinnamonor to taste
½teaspoonvanilla extract
*To keep veganuse vegan graham crackers Nabisco Original Graham Crackers are ‘accidentally vegan’) and vegan milk (soy, rice, almond, cashew, coconut, etc.). Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, raisins, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
