Ingredients
Smoothie Freezer Pack Guidelines
1 to 1 ½cupsfrozen berries/frozen fruit
half of 1 bananafrozen if possible
big handful of fresh greens if you’re using themspinach, kale, etc.
big dollop of your favorite nut butter if you’re using italmond butter, peanut butter, etc.
To make-ahead, add the desired ingredients to separate ziptop bags (sandwich size is what I use), seal, and freeze.
When you’re ready to consume, add the contents of one ziptop bag to the canister of a blender. Blend on high power until smooth. Add additional Silk Milk if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.

*Feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder, if desired. **The nutrition stats are NOT accurate.
