Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the chocolate wine or chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and strawberry vodka into the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, garnish with chocolate covered strawberries* or strawberry slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
*To make chocolate covered strawberries, simply melt about 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 1 minute, stop to check and stir, and then heat in 15 second bursts until the mixture can be stirred smooth.Dip washed and dried strawberries in the chocolate and place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet or large plate until they set. You can speed this process up by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. They will keep for at least 1 week in the fridge this way. One cup of melted chocolate will yield about one dozen average-sized chocolate covered strawberries.
