How To Make a Valentine’s Day Chocolate Martini

- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the chocolate wine or chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liquor, and strawberry vodka into the shaker.
- Cover and shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture and pour into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with chocolate-covered strawberries or strawberry slices and serve! Or, experiment with dipping your favorite fruits in chocolate for a fun twist.

How To Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries
This is really so simple!
- Melt about 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 1 minute, stop to check and stir, and then heat in 15-second bursts until the mixture can be stirred smoothly.
- Dip washed and dried strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet or large plate until they set. You can speed this process up by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- They will keep for at least 1 week in the fridge this way.
- One cup of melted chocolate will yield about one dozen average-sized chocolate-covered strawberries.
