Healthier Holiday Snacks Giveaway

The holiday eating season is upon us with treats from every angle…

From Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

To Peanut Butter Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Cookies

To Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (3 minute microwave recipe)

…to so much more!

If you’d like to try something a little lighter may I suggest…

Vegan GF Crackers (Homemade Mary’s Crackers)

Chocolate Coconut Kale Chips

Or some Spinach  & Artichoke Dip (with Vegan & Fat Free Options)

And pair it with Wasa Crispbreads.  Or pair them with some nut butter or even munch on them plain.

They’re so versatile and healthier than many other holiday eats and treats.

My key to staying healthy is to maintain my workouts even when I don’t feel like it and later might wear my day clothes to bed because it’s so freaking cold that I don’t want to change again. This year, I added another strength training class (so 2 a week).
