The holiday eating season is upon us with treats from every angle…
From Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
To Peanut Butter Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Cookies
To Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (3 minute microwave recipe)
…to so much more!
If you’d like to try something a little lighter may I suggest…
Vegan GF Crackers (Homemade Mary’s Crackers)
Or some Spinach & Artichoke Dip (with Vegan & Fat Free Options)
And pair it with Wasa Crispbreads. Or pair them with some nut butter or even munch on them plain.
They’re so versatile and healthier than many other holiday eats and treats.
Would you like to win three packages of Wasa Crispbreads to snack on?

My favorite holiday food is gingerbread cookies! So good!
My favorite holiday treat is Norwegian lefse (acquired taste? maybe –it’s essentially flour and lard. Looks like a tortilla, but tastes sweeter). My family has an antique lefse iron they use to make it, and we only pull it out once a year. I love it the tradition and the way it melts in my mouth. My key to staying healthy is to maintain my workouts even when I don’t feel like it and later might wear my day clothes to bed because it’s so freaking cold that I don’t want to change again. This year, I added another strength training class (so 2 a week).
I love me a good pumpkin pie. And my aunt’s chocolate yule log.
To stay healthy during the holiday season I make sure to never cut out the workouts! I also allow myself to eat dessert only every other day, but splurging is ok! its the holidays after all!
My favorite holiday tread (I’ll stick with Thanksgiving, since it always gets the boot), is definitely apple pie. As much as I love pumpkin, I love me some apple pie a la mode!
