  1. My favorite holiday party treats are definitely the dips. I could graze a table of dips and spreads and not have any room for dinner!

  2. One of the things I’m looking forward to this holiday season is butternut squash soup and brussel sprouts yumm :)

  3. During the holiday season, I try not to have more than one treat per day. I also try to work out more to make up for the extra that I’m usually eating.

  4. favorite holiday treat is the rolls with REAL butter i get at family gatherings. im too used to earth balance. and i just heart bread.

  5. Yum! To stay on track I drink TONS of water before the festive meals and I use a much smaller plate to eat from. I always each the vegetables first then try to eat in order from most healthy to least healthy. I always TRY to pick between bread(s) OR dessert (this is the toughest battle, and the one most often lost ;) )
