The holiday eating season is upon us with treats from every angle…
From Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
To Peanut Butter Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Cookies
To Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (3 minute microwave recipe)
…to so much more!
If you’d like to try something a little lighter may I suggest…
Vegan GF Crackers (Homemade Mary’s Crackers)
Or some Spinach & Artichoke Dip (with Vegan & Fat Free Options)
And pair it with Wasa Crispbreads. Or pair them with some nut butter or even munch on them plain.
They’re so versatile and healthier than many other holiday eats and treats.
Would you like to win three packages of Wasa Crispbreads to snack on?

During the holiday season, I try not to have more than one treat per day. I also try to work out more to make up for the extra that I’m usually eating.

Yum! To stay on track I drink TONS of water before the festive meals and I use a much smaller plate to eat from. I always each the vegetables first then try to eat in order from most healthy to least healthy. I always TRY to pick between bread(s) OR dessert (this is the toughest battle, and the one most often lost ;) )
This year, I won’t be able to partake in any of the eating festivities. This is a great giveaway though!
