Hard Apple Cider Mule

Apple cider is one of my favorite things about this time of year.

And after trying this twist on the Moscow mule, I think you’ll agree that autumn never tasted better.

Hard Apple Cider Mule - An autumn twist on a Moscow Mule made with hard apple cider and ginger beer! Refreshing and they go down easily!

It’s refreshing, zippy, and ginger and apples are such a perfect pairing.

Hard Apple Cider Mule

Apple cider is one of my favorite things about this time of year. And after trying this twist on the Moscow mule, I think you’ll agree that autumn never tasted better.

Yield: about 6 ounces, 1 drink

Prep Time: 1 minute

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 1 minute

Ingredients:

ice cubes, as needed
1/4 cup hard apple cider (such as Strongbow)
1/2 cup nonalcoholic ginger beer
1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
1 apple, peeled if deired, seeded, and sliced into thin rounds

Directions:

  1. Fill cup with ice.
  2. Add the hard apple cider and nonalcoholic ginger beer.
  3. Stir and garnish with apple slice(s) and cinnamon stick(s).
