  1. I look low you on fb. I find it easier to do my workout around 4-6am. It’s easy to get distracted as the day progresses.

  2. I tweeted!!! My goal is to maintain my fitness level. I placed 5/900 in my age class in an adventure race in Sept. I am doing it again in March and am under some pressure to rock it again!

  3. I set out my clothes the night before. Personally I have trouble making myself do it. I plan to work out 3 times a week in 2012 and stick with it. Hopefully this continues to help me keep on track!

  4. Did the FB like. (Trying to win this one for a friend who needs it badly!) Workout goal–to knock out 10 full, as in UNassisted, pull-ups.

    One fitness goal is to begin running again and do a 5K with the help of vibrams + a trainer.

  7. My goal is to lift weights 2 times a week. It’s always the first thing to go when I am busy, but I need to lift to keep my bones healthy.

  8. My home workout tip is to start asap in the morning. There are so many distractions around the house that if I put it off, it will never get done.

  9. I’m now a fan of Home Workout Challenge on Fb! For 2012, I’d like to focus on cardio at the beginning to shed the pounds I’ve gained since a knee surgery six months ago! This could really help :)

  10. I “liked” HWC on Facebook, and some of my fitness goals for 2012 are:
    – consistently workout at least 5 days/week
    – take a yoga class at least once a week (or do at home)
    – be able to do crow pose
    – lose 20lbs.

  11. I have enjoyed a few too many tequilas, bowls of guacamole, veggie tacos and fresh doughnuts on the beach over this past month. (I am going to miss those fresh doughnuts on the beach!).

    So I need this. :D

    I find it pretty easy to work out at home, all I need to do is schedule it within my day!

    “Little and often”

    If you have a 20 minute workout or yoga practice you are far more likely to do it daily than a 90 minute one. Plus it’s better to do 20 mins a day than 90 mins once a week.
