Pumpkin Bread

Super soft, tender, moist pumpkin bread with a slightly crunchy cinnamon sugar topping. Bonus: this cinnamon sugar pumpkin bread is accidentally vegan!

Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another.


Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir.


Turn the batter into 3 greased mini loaf pans, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.


Bake and let cool.
