Start by making the dough. Form the dough into a ball and allow it to rise. Brush melted butter into a baking dish or pan and set it aside.
Punch down and roll out the risen dough, then cut out circles.
Make a small indent on the top of each circle of dough. Brush each circle with melted butter, fold the dough over using the indentation, and allow the dough to rise again.
Bake, brush with additional melted butter, and sprinkle with Maldon before serving.
