Skip takeout and make sesame chicken at home in just minutes! So easy and healthier than what you’d get in a restaurant, but tastes just as AWESOME!!

To a skillet, add the oils and chicken, then cook. Stir and flip intermittently.


To a bowl, add cornstarch and water. Stir to dissolve, then set slurry aside.


To a saucepan, add brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and ginger. Stir. Bring to a boil. Allow mixture to bubble. Add cornstarch slurry. Whisk, then allow the sauce to boil and thicken while whisking constantly.


Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the broccoli to the other side. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir. Cover skillet and cook.
