As part of the Peanut Butter 4 Breakfast campaign sponsored by the National Peanut Board, you’re in for a delicious giveaway.
Included is a variety of peanut butter, a mug, and spatula
And a $50 Visa Gift Card
The Peanut Board wants you to energize your morning with peanut butter. There are health benefits to eating a nutritionally-balanced breakfast, but making time for a morning meal while juggling hectic schedules can be tricky. 93 percent of Americans agree that breakfast is the most important meal, but less than half eat a morning meal every day. Reasons for skipping out often include trying to lose weight or not having or making time. Adding peanut butter can help to make breakfast quick, easy, and provide the fuel needed for the rest of the day.
Making time for breakfast and choosing to incorporating peanut butter, which is a source of fiber, protein and healthy fats, can play a role in maintaining a healthy diet. Peanut butter is a great addition to mornings because it is a plant-based source of approximately eight grams of protein and more than 30 essential nutrients and phytonutrients per serving.
To help make mornings easier, the National Peanut Board is equipping peanut butter fans with nutritious breakfast tips and recipes at www.PB4Breakfast.com. Visitors are also encouraged to vote for their favorite peanut butter breakfast dishes. For every vote, America’s peanut farmers will donate $5, up to $10,000, to help serve a nutritious breakfast to the hungry.
Here are some of my favorite breakfast recipes using peanut butter:

My favorite PB recipe is my monster cookies. I’ve been attempting to make this into an oatmeal recipe, but have yet to succeed. Recipe will be posted when I do!
Here are my monster cookies. I’ve done a few modifications that have worked too — subbed out applesauce for butter + egg whites for eggs + craisins + white chips OR same recipe + mini reeses instead of white chips … these don’t last long.
