  1. gosh…i like using coconut in baked goods….and frostings…..and candies…but it is great used on my babies! I swear by it for clearing up rashes and dry and chapped skin!

  3. I subscribed:) I use coconut oil on my body, to take off my makeup to freshen my breath and to make fudge!

  4. I just subscribed to the tropical traditions newsletter. I use coconut oil in earthy type granola bars, but I’d really like to try those chocolate kale chips too! :)

  6. You have me absolutely hooked on the raw vegan chocolate. There was a point where I was making it on a weekly basis! (Thanks for that, by the way! haha). I’ve also wanted to try it in my hair, and hope to try the coconut chocolate cashew butter next time I have a get together planned.
