About Daelia’s:

At Daelia’s Food Company, we’re passionate about cheese.  We set out to create the perfect cracker to complement artisan cheeses and came up with Daelia’s Biscuits for Cheese.  Our biscuits enhance the experience of enjoying fine cheeses whether they are local farmstead cheeses or imported classics.

Our all natural biscuits are twice baked in small batches to ensure the perfect texture.  We source our almonds and figs directly from the growers.  We use choice grains from the Midwest.  All biscuits are hand packed so that they arrive at your cheese shop in the best condition possible.

These crackers are chock full of seeds, nuts, and packed with flavor. They have a homemade quality about them which is lovely.

The biscuits are made to enhance the flavor of cheese

But they are great with a smear of Chocolate Coconut Cashew Butter (vegan, GF)

The almond and pumpkin seed flavors were a great dipper for Spinach and Artichoke Dip (vegan, fat-free, GF)

And just eaten on their own, they’re great.

I have a thing for seedy crackers and Seeds Only Crackers (vegan, GF, soyfree, dehydrator or oven-baking option) in case you don’t win any Daelia’s.

  1. I want to try homemade wheat thins, i love the crackers but it would be so much cheaper to make my own!

  2. I’ve made a few different crackers in my dehydrator. They do take a long time and I usually eat them up faster than it took to make them crisp :-(

  3. My guilty pleaure are wheat thins with hummus. Nice and simple.
    These crackers look simply divine!!

I already follow you on twitter and facebook. :)

  4. My favorite cracker and cheese pairing is a six seed cracker from trader joes with a nice piece of delicious brie cheese…oh and smear on some fresh apricot jam while your there! Yum!

  5. would like to try any of your crackers with almost any cheese, but not a fan or Bleu cheese….a smoked cheese would be nice,

  6. i like pepper water crackers and smoked gouda cheese! ah I haven’t had cheese in a while.. might go out and get some now

  7. I’m embarassed to say that I really love a Ritz cracker with a slice of cheddar cheese, alongside an ice cold beer. So totally not gourmet, but yet so deliciously good!

  8. I love a delicious water cracker with a creamy cheese and a bit of caviar! marthalynn16 at gmail

  9. Hi
I have made my own crackers, without much luck. The crackers were fine tasting but for me they are not something I would want to do weekly to keep a supply of snack crackers ready.
I’ll have to give your version of crackers a try. (Even though I haven’t had great luck, I still like to keep trying)

  10. I like flatbread type crakers over buttery crackers… I’m a stinky cheese kinda girl before nutty or sweet cheeses. Give me a whole wheat flatbread cracker and some thin curls of the closest strong cheese and I’m on cloud 9.

  11. My favorite crackers are actually from a recipe I found online. I recently tried this and I love it so much it has become a staple of my weekly baking/making! :)
    They work great with hummus!

    Vegetable Crackers
    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1/2 cup almonds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1 tsp. cumin
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a food processor, blend all ingredients. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or rub lightly with coconut oil. Spread mixture on tray as thinly as possible. Slice dough in the shape of crackers you desire and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool before serving.

  12. Im a big wheat thins fan. I can eat them out of the box or with just about any cheese, spread or nut butter on them. Not fancy but thats ok.

  13. AAAAUUUHHHH YYYYEEEAAUUHH CRACKERS YYYYEEAAUUHH! If I could make my own crackers they would have chocolate and caramel and rainbows and love in it ^_^ then I would eat them animal style face first…look ma no hands! Lol

  14. So many combos, so little time. I’m a big fan of black pepper enhanced crackers with goat cheeses.

  15. Something I only ever have at my parents and absolutely love: Ritz crackers with Boursin garlic and herb cheese. Ohhh baby.

  16. Cheese is my favorite thing on earth, and anything I can put it on top of sounds good to me! ;) Usually I put cheese on top of mini toasts because they don’t interrupt the flavor, but I’d LOVE to try these!

I tweeted, FB’d it, Pinned and subscribed! :)

  17. Our local “cheese monger” sells these amazing organic wafer crackers that don’t overpower the cheese. I love them with either an aged Gouda (almost like candy!) or this Camembert-style cheese they carry called Moses Sleeper. (It’s from a Vermont farm. One of the best cheeses I’ve ever had!)

  18. I have started makiing crackers out of leftover juice pulp. I love it. I usually add in salt, pepper and cumin. Sometime instead I put in zaatar which is a middle eastern spice.

  19. Love the classic Triscuits + roasted red pepper hummus~! Would love to try these crackers with my favorite cheeses :)

  20. I love Crunchmaster Crackers with Cashew Cheese or Hummus, Black Pepper, and sliced tomatoes.

  21. Oh my…I like almost any type of healthy cracker, love seeds, and cheese as well, though I mostly limit myself to raw or aged cheeses. One that comes to mind is Dr. Kracker’s pumpkin cheese crackers…

  22. I love vegetable crackers with spinach dip. I also love smoked cheeses with a variety of crackers.

  23. My favorite cracker/cheese combo is probably good old American with Ritz crackers. I can clearly use an artisan upgrade…

  24. I pinned your chocolate coconut cashew butter. I love my nut butters!!

  25. Your crackers sound incredible!! I like the dehydrating method best for some reason :) I make a great onion, garlic, flax, sunflower seed cracker that works amazing as slices of bread for sandwiches or raw pizza crust. I’ve never made any type of sweet cracker before so I’m quite anxious to test this recipe. Besides, I loooove Mary’s Crackers but haven’t had them in some time. Thanks so much for sharing this with the rest of us!! :D

  26. Favorite Cheese and Cracker combo? Hmmmm? I like cranberry walnut crackers dipped in a warm brie and raspberry cheese dip.

  27. My favorite cheese and cracker pairing would be Table Wafer Cracker and slices of Cheddar Cheese. Very good.

  28. A ritz cracker with swiss is always a classic, but for a healthy lunch, I love a Wasa cracker with apple and brie – oh la la!

  29. I have made simple crackers at home and they were not too tasty….These, however, look excellent!

  30. These look amazing – they remind me of Raincoast Crisps – my current favorite! With pumpkin seeds, these may top the list if I get to try them! =)

  31. I love water crackers. I can’t seem to get enough. And seriously I could put goat cheese on just about anything…including crackers. :)

  32. oh my gosh, YOUR seed dehydrator crackers look fabulous! hearty and crunchy! mmmm! I don’t need to be in the giveaway — just commenting on your delectable eats! daelia’s look great, but unfortunately, they not GF…ah well:) hope you’re having a great weekend!

  33. I’m a sucker for vegetable thins and cheddar. This needs to change, haha.

  34. Growing up my grandma made Persimmon crackers and they were the best! I have tried but have not been able to make them and i miss them.. I wish I could get some of those again!

  35. I’ve actually always wanted to try making homemade “Cheez It” type crackers, but have yet to yet. These look awesome, and I’d love to try them with my favorite cheese (Edam)!
