In the Mail Today I Received some Brad’s Raw Chips
Love that they’re Raw, Vegan & Gluten Free
And they’re made with Seeds & Buckwheat Groats and not with processed wheat flour. Awesome!
And it’s wonderful that Sodium, Garlic, and Onions don’t seem to be “key ingredients” because for the regular readers, you know I am not a fan of those items. Just my personal taste preferences.
I wonder how Brad’s Kale Chips compare to My Own Raw Vegan Kale Chips?

Dressed with Homemade Vegan Slaw Dressing
Dessert was a New Recipe!
Vegan Mango Banana Vanilla Softserve
Makes about 2 cups of softserve
1.5 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks
1 Frozen medium Banana (freeze in chunks)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Splash of Water or Nut Milk only if needed for blendability/smoothness
1/4 c sugar or to taste;or use Agave, Stevia, Lucama, Yacon, Maple, etc. To Taste or Omit Entirely
1-2 Scoops of Protein Powder, optional
Combine all Ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Tiny splash of water
Serve & Enjoy!
If you don’t eat it all immediately after making it, you can freeze it and eat later without taste/texture being effected too much. I make extra on purpose because as long as I am cleaning the Vita, may as well make a little more than I need in one sitting.
