No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls with Extra Protein Option

 Today’s Recipe was Inspired By:

1. High Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

2. Raw Vegan Peanut Butter (or Sunflower Seed Butter) Vanilla Balls

3. Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

4. Raw Vegan Almond Butter Cookie Balls

with Vegan Chocolate Chips & (non-vegan) Butterscotch Chips

 5. And Finally, Today’s Recipe was also inspired by my Nut Butter Filled Caramel Bites

For Today’s Recipe….


No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls (with a High Protein Option)

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (I used crunchy PB because it’s what was open but you can use Almond Butter, Sunflower Seed Butter, Cashew Butter, or another nut butter of your choice)

3-4 Tbsp Coconut Flour (or another flour if you don’t have coconut such as almond flour, cashew flour, oat flour, etc)

Or, for the Extra Protein Option, use 3 Tbsp of your Favorite Vanilla or Neutral-Flavored Protein Powder

3-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup/Agave (or honey, or yacon syrup)

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/3 to 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips (or carob, or cocoa nibs)

Yields 10 to 20 balls depending on preferred size



Combine all the Ingredients except the Chocolate Chips & Stir Until Combined

 Play with the flour (or protein powder) and syrup/agave amounts if need be.   
Troubleshooting Tips: Add more syrup if too dry and more flour if too wet.

After the mixture is combined, Add the Chocolate Chips & Stir them In

Form into Balls and Store in Fridge

Don’t Store these in the Freezer unless you can wait for them to come up to Room Temperature when you want to Have a Cookie Dough Ball, since the Nut Butter Will Freeze Fairly Solid
