Use ingredients you have on hand and enjoy, from peanut butter to almond butter to sunflower seed butter; to raisins to white chocolate chips to coconut flakes; to M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces for a more candy-like bar; you can customize them very easily with just about anything that strikes your fancy
Sunflower Seed Butter Bars with Chocoalte Drizzle (no-bake, vegan, GF) -They take 10 minutes to make an no refined sugar is added to the dough mixture. Just dates, oats, and sunflower seed butter or try substituting another favorite nut butter
Cinnamon Oatmeal Date Bars with Chocolate Ganache (no-bake, vegan, GF) – Very similar to the Sunflower Seed Butter Bars above, but made with peanut butter and the cinnamon is quite pronounced; like eating bowl of cinnamon-raisin oatmeal, in bar form, that’s been drenched in chocolate two ways
Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter and Oat Snack Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF) – Makes just 3 bars in 5 minutes for those times when you need a little something and you need it quickly
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF) – These two bars are versions on a theme, with and without coconut oil. They’re customizable with add-ins used and they also make use of any ripe bananas you have
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Coconut Oil Protein Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls (no-bake, vegan, GF) – A favorite easy and healthy snack that can be made in just minutes. They taste just like real cookie dough but no added sugar, gluten-containing flour, butter, or eggs are used. Try not to eat them all at once

My healthy snack is usually almonds poured into the peanut butter jar and a spoon. That’s healthy right?? I run every day to keep it in check though :-)

I love Luna Bars (very nutritious for women!) and peanut butter with apples or bananas. Easy, delicious, and healthy snacks!
I just don’t deprive myself! If I want that frosted snowman sugar cookie, I’m going to have it – but I try and keep everything in moderation! :-)
