Mix together the ingredients for the Russian dressing or use store-bought Thousand Island dressing. Set aside. Brush the bread on one side with olive oil or melted butter.

Place 2 pieces of bread, oil sides down, in an air fryer. Spread Russian dressing over the top.

Add Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Drizzle with more Russian dressing.

Top with another slice of bread, oiled sides up. Air fry, slice, and serve!
