Comments

  1. I want to learn all types of raw gluten free and vegan deserts that have no added sugar. Or any food recipes really. My wife and I just started changing the way we eat to s raw whole foods lifestyle.
It is so much healthier! But man, let me tell you, you really can get addicted to sugar. And the side effects of sugar withdraw are horrible!

  2. veggie stirfry with tofu is such a great meal for me because it is quick but healthy. on a side note, I recently made your apple-glazed stirfry for the family and it was a hit! :)

  3. My faorite vegan dish is making a mediterranean style (gluten-, soy-, dairy-free) pizza! I use Food For Life’s brown rice tortilla and add all sorts of awesome marinated toppings. And, of course, it get a nice sprinkling of nutritional yeast for extra “cheesy” flavor!

I also love making parsnip fries…so simple (the most tedious part is chopping the parsnips). Just cut into matchsticks, cover with a nice amount of coconut oil (or oil of choice), salt, and pepper, and roast at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes (turn half way through). You can add all different seasonings, but I like to keep it siple and then dunk them in ketchup!

I would love to see a vegan (soy, dairy, and gluten free) quiche recipes, and siple summer lunch ideas!

    Blessings to all!

  4. I really like making tofu scrambles – mostly because they’re so versatile and everyone in my family loves it. I had always wanted to master seitan, but since I no longer eat gluten I’m changing that to wanting to be able to make tasty gluten free cupcakes.
