My husband and I just went vegetarian (with a large slant to vegan) last fall. I need to learn MANY more vegan recipes since our diet mainly has consisted of curry dishes, stir fry dishes and lots of rice.
One of my favorite vegan dishes is a Moroccan Roasted Cauliflower, recipe from Native Foods.

I really want to learn how to cook yummy tasting tofu…I’ve eaten lots of yummy tofu but it seems whenever I tried to cook it at home it doesn’t turn out very well

I use garbanzo bean flour to make a “tortilla” & then load it with beans, lettuce & salsa.
