* Achieve instant energy without consuming sugar or energy drinks
* Detox your body without dangerous chemicals
Not only that, green smoothies are:
* A great way for kids to “eat” their vegetables
* Low in calories but high in nutrients
* Helpful for a smoother digestive system

Strawberry banana smoothies are my fave!
My favorite is spinach, 1 banana, pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 an avocado, 3 dates, and raw sweet potato! It’s delicious!
Is her last name really Greenleaf?
Frozen banana and greens are always a must. And here is my personal favourite that I created recently: https://www.recipage.com/recipes/6018606.html. Carrot Cake Green Monster . . . because why not have carrot cake for breakfast?
OMG, I LOVE green smoothies. Favorite smoothie? Varies so often, but lately I’m loving coconut milk, avocado, banana, and vanilla. Maybe some spinach or other leafy green thrown in for good (nutritional) measure.
Pumpkin pie smoothie, my own recipe
I always use unsweetened almond milk in my smoothies, less carbs, more flavor and good for you!
two things in every smoothie I make: bananas and ice. I’ve tried frozen bananas, but I prefer the taste/texture of actual ice in there
Oh this book looks great! I love smoothies. I really would like to get into juicing but just can’t pull the trigger on a juicer, especially with my small kitchen. So smoothies it is! I like a combo of milk, Greek yogurt, kale or spinach, frozen banana, and frozen berries. Sometimes I throw in some chia or flax for good measure ;)
i followed and re-pinned you on pinterest!
absolutely love anything with the peanut butter and banana combo in a smoothie!
yum! I love nearly all kind of smoothies. Especially those that have been blended in a Vitamix ;)
2 ingredients that I put in all my smoothies: baby spinach and some sort of “power food”, e.g. Trader Joe´s Superfood berry powder mix, chlorella or spirulina.
Dates and peanut butter. My all time favourite!
My Favorite Smoothie is the Green Love Machine
1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp of mint leaves, 2 cups spinach, 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, and 1 huge cup of LOVE!! Keeps me running all day :)
My favorite green smoothie is spinach, frozen banana, 1/2 C grapes, and frozen coconut. It is amazing!
Girl… You know I am a huge green smoothie fan and I would love a copy of this book! My favorite smoothie is my kale and spinach smoothie https://marinmamacooks.blogspot.com/2011/10/spinach-and-kale-smoothie.html.
I love the name of your purple rain smoothie and it looks delish so I may have to give that one a try. Smoothies are my favorite thing to chug down after a run or bootcamp work out!
Almond milk and frozen bananas are musts every time!
I am a big fan of strawberry, banana, pineapple and vanilla protein powder. Of course, I have to throw in some flax seeds, psyllium husks and bee pollen too.
