My favorite smoothie always changes but the base is the same: spinach, sunwarrior, almond milk, part of frozen banana. My favorite add in’s are the moment are frozen peaches, blackberries, and flax.

My favorite smoothie really just depends. A banana is essential in every smoothie, and my second favorite ingredient is coconut milk. Those two combined with other fruit, and vanilla protein powder, is a good smoothie! I also posted the giveaway on twitter and repinned something from Pinterest :-)
