Now that the weather is warming up and spring is around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about really quenching your thirst.

Smoothies are one of my favorite things to help cool me down. They’re healthy, satisfying, fast, easy, and there’s an endless variety of options and recipes.

  3. Since spring is coming and the weather will finally be getting warmer I’ll start craving salads QUICKLY so I’d make some kind of yummy salad dressing I haven’t tried before. Then I’d make a peanut butter chocolate oatmeal smoothie…SO good!

  22. I would make almond milk and then a smoothie with the milk with wild blueberries, hemp seeds, kale powder, beet powder, and any other smoothie ingredient that I have on hand at the time :) I love these recipes and would love to try them!

  23. I have just started making green smoothies. Don’t really follow a recipe, just throw stuff together. Really like them, but my blender isn’t powerful enough to chop up the spinach. could really use a new one.

I like to experiment and create different flavors—so I’d probably try to make something my friend @AlexCampbell likes because she’s always letting me try things she makes and they are really good and healthy at the same time. Finding ways to enjoy healthy food can be hard some….many times when you are living the life of a wrestler. 2 to 3 practices a day make you want to eat everything. I like when my smoothies are able to fill me up. Eating right and enjoying the food while you eat it makes trying to cut weight or lose it the right way JUST that mach better :) Lol
