Smoothies are one of my favorite things to help cool me down. They’re healthy, satisfying, fast, easy, and there’s an endless variety of options and recipes.

I like to experiment and create different flavors—so I’d probably try to make something my friend @AlexCampbell likes because she’s always letting me try things she makes and they are really good and healthy at the same time. Finding ways to enjoy healthy food can be hard some….many times when you are living the life of a wrestler. 2 to 3 practices a day make you want to eat everything. I like when my smoothies are able to fill me up. Eating right and enjoying the food while you eat it makes trying to cut weight or lose it the right way JUST that mach better :) Lol

Yum! I need to try that apple pie smoothie! It sounds amazing! I bought my parents an Oster blender a couple years ago for Christmas and my dad uses it almost everyday to make himself breakfast smoothies!
