My breakfast smoothie would be the first thing: one banana, a spoonful of almond butter, a Tbsp. of honey, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and a dash of almond extract. Yummy!

Although nothing beats a good mortar and pestle….I would make all sorts of pestos and pistous with this blender. Traditional Genovese pesto comes to mind, but so does spinach-walnut, arugula-pistachio, hazelnut-sage, etc.

I have broken 2 blenders and 1 food processor this year trying to create awesome vegan snacks, ice-creams, smoothies, soups and deserts. So I really need this amazing specimen of a machine so I can inspire my friends and family to love healthy food and to continue to develop my cooking skills and most of all love for food <3 xxxx
