🍑🍹 This White Peach Sangria recipe is fruity, cold, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties and cookouts! Make a big batch of sangria the day before so the flavors have time to marry and the fruit can soak up all that wine!

Easy Peach White Wine Sangria Recipe
Summer parties, get-togethers, barbeques, pool parties, and friends-dropping-by-spur-of-the-moment-parties are what warm weather is all about.
In the summer, I find myself cooking outside as frequently as possible, making crowd-pleasing meals like my grilled steak kabobs, grilled lime cilantro chicken, and grilled honey lemon butter salmon.
And this white peach sangria pairs with each dish perfectly. It goes down so easily!
If you’re unfamiliar, sangria is a popular wine-based cocktail that originated in Spain. Traditionally, it’s made with red wine, fresh fruit, and a splash of a spirit or liqueur. This white peach sangria is a lighter, fresher modern twist on that classic. I swap the red for a crisp white wine, load it up with tropical fruit, and let everything soak together until it tastes like summer in a glass.

Ingredients You’ll Need
Gather the following ingredients to make this easy white peach sangria recipe:
- Dry white wine: You’ll want to use a chardonnay, pinot grigio, or sauvignon blanc for this recipe. Use any bottle you like; the brand doesn’t matter
- Peach schnapps: This creates peach flavor without using fresh peaches. You may use other liquors such as Midori, Hoptoniq, Gran Marnier, Chambord, lemon/lime/peach-flavored vodka, Malibu, etc
- Fruit: Mango (fresh or frozen) and pineapple chunks (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- Pineapple juice: Use the juice from the can if using canned pineapple
- Simple syrup (optional)
Note: Scroll down to the recipe card section of the post for the ingredients with amounts included and for more complete directions.
Optional Add-Ins and Upgrades
- A splash of club soda, lemon-lime soda, or sparkling water added right before serving gives the sangria a fun fizz
- Fresh peach slices or lemon wheels for garnish
- A few sprigs of fresh mint for presentation
How to Make White Peach Sangria
This is the easiest white wine sangria to make! Here are the basic steps to making peach sangria with white wine:
- Combine everything in a large pitcher. Add the wine, peach schnapps, mango, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Stir, then taste. Add simple syrup or agave for sweetener, if desired.
- Chill. Transfer the mixture to the fridge for at least 1-2 hours, but ideally 8-24 hours. The longer it sits, the more the fruit soaks up the wine and the better the flavors meld together.
- Serve. Pour over ice and add a splash of club soda or sparkling water right before serving if you want a little fizz. Garnish with a peach slice or mint sprig if desired.
Pro tip: Freeze some of your mango or pineapple chunks ahead of time and add them when serving. They act as ice cubes that keep the sangria cold without watering it down, making for the perfect summer drink.

Recipe FAQs
Of course! I kept this recipe on the smaller scale in case you’re having a smaller party. Or in case you’re having a party for yourself for you and one other person on a Tuesday night.
It’s just one bottle of wine, not gallons worth like many sangria recipes. But you can always double, triple, etc. it. Easy peasy and so refreshing.
Absolutely! Sangria gets better 8 to 24 hours later, in my opinion. You can (and should) make this a day ahead of time for a party or event if time and planning permit.
I have successfully stored leftover sangria in my refrigerator for up to one week.
Yes! Swap the wine for white grape juice or sparkling white grape juice, and replace the schnapps with peach nectar or peach juice. Keep all the fruit the same for a delicious mocktail punch.
This recipe is very flexible. Sliced strawberries, peach slices, oranges, raspberries, or cherries all make great additions or substitutions.

White Peach Sangria
Equipment
- 1 Large Pitcher
Ingredients
- 1 bottle white wine, chardonnay, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, or similar
- ⅓ cup peach schnapps
- ¾ cup mango chunks, frozen (you could use fresh but save money and buy frozen, plus they act as “ice cubes”)
- ¾ cup pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
- ½ cup pineapple juice, from the can of pineapple if you used canned is okay
- ¼ cup simple syrup, optional and to taste
Instructions
- To a large pitcher or punch bowl, add all ingredients except simple syrup, stir, and taste.
- If you prefer the sangria slightly sweeter add the simple syrup. To make it, add 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup water to a small kettle and heat over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, cool slightly before adding it to the sangria.
- Refrigerate sangria until chilled, then serve.

I made this and thought it turned out too sweet. I used Stevia and since this is usually sweeter than sugar, I used less than the called for amount. I used triple sec instead of peach schnapps and a mild pinot grigio. I ended up adding club soda to each glass, which did help. I think next time I would omit the sweetener all together and then it would probably be just right for my taste :)
I didn’t use stevia in my recipe because although I do like stevia in many things, I’ve tried it in alcoholic beverages in the past and I don’t care for the taste and how it interacts with the alcohol. It’s very dominating, and even a very little seems to overwhelm the mixture and so I’m not surprised by your experiences. I learned my lesson years ago with stevia + booze — that they don’t mix well for me.
And of course, everyone’s brand of juice, fruit, booze, personal preferences, etc all vary so just adjust to taste next time (and no stevia!)
Also for a less sweet sangria try peach brandy instead of schnapps or triple sec. I do find most sangria recipes with triple sec or schnapps too sweet – and I find the brandy is the prefect flavor/sweetness level. Just my 2 cents! I have my version of this recipe chilling as I type! Can’t wait to do a taste test.
So happy you made it! And yes, with booze, everyone’s tastes are so individual. What one person thinks is too sweet, another person thinks it tastes too harsh. And variance of fruit, natural sugars, etc all plays a role. Adding things to taste is always the best call. I hope you love yours. LMK!
Oh hi good friend. :) I know I already commented on this last year, but I wanted you to know that I just pinned this amazing sangria to my new drinks & juices board. I knew I had to stop by averie cooks for some drink ideas! I made a sangria like this before – two summers ago. White wine, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, frozen peaches, + peach sparkling water!! I will add mango next time. xo
Thanks for the Pin, Sally, and glad I got you to stop by twice to this post! Can’t wait to see what you come up with! :)
How many people does this serving size serve???
Well the recipe calls for 1 bottle of wine and some miscellaneous fruit and splashes of other liquids – so I know people who can drink a bottle of wine alone and I know others who can split it 6 ways. It depends on the crowd!
Thanks for sharing…..
