  1. My favorite healthy snack is celery with peanut butter!

  2. I make sure to eat beforehand so that I don’t fill up with junk-y food. That way, I can have a small treat at parties instead of eating loads and loads of the unhealthy stuff :)

  3. Homemade granola bars or a handful of nuts always manage to take the edge off of my hunger.

  4. I just always keep healthy snacks available to myself- carrots, cucumbers, boiled eggs, nuts, etc

  5. I love peanuts as a snack.

  7. I love plain Greek yogurt with very simple homemade cranberry sauce (cranberries, sugar, water, vanilla, maybe some orange zest).

  8. I always have iced tea ready to drink at my house. For me, that can actually fulfill my sweet craving, and it gets me closer to my water intake requirements for the day!

  11. to avoid eating tons of holiday snacks, I chew sugar free gum. The mint taste keeps most things at bay. i also promise myself not to eat except during mealtimes, and I stay OUT of the kitchen whenever possible!

  21. I try to include whole fruits (bannana, apple, orange) when I want a snack between meals. I also love greek yogurt with a couple spoon-fulls of granola/Kashi ceral.

  23. Healthy snacks I enjoy are fresh fruit, dried fruit like unsweetened mango, nuts, yogurt and roasted cauliflower & sweet potatoes.
